Living in Moraira

The villa stands in a quiet residential neighbourhood of Moraira. Supermarkets are close by, and the centres of Moraira and Teulada have restaurants, shops and everyday services. In 2026 the El Portet and Les Platgetes beaches received the Blue Flag, as did the Club Náutico Moraira marina. Along the coast you also find small coves such as Cala del Portixolet, Cala l'Andragó and Cala Llebeig. Teulada has a name for wine pressed from the moscatel grape.
