Inside the home

The main house will have a living and dining room with a modern open kitchen, on the same level as the bedrooms. Wide sliding windows will link that room to the terrace, so indoors and outdoors run into each other. The view changes with each side: a panorama over the valley and hills to the south, the steep walls of the Montgó to the north. Underfloor heating, built-in wardrobes and double glazing will be part of the finish. Energy rating A for both consumption and emissions points to an efficient house.

Outdoor living

The 1,500 m² plot will have a garden with automatic irrigation, a terrace with pergola and a private pool. Living in Jávea

The centre of Jávea is about 3 km from the villa. In the historic core, narrow streets with white façades still follow the medieval street plan, and many buildings are finished in tosca stone. On Thursday mornings the weekly market fills the Plaza de la Constitución. For the Montgó, there are viewpoints with parking at Cap de Sant Antoni and at Els Molins.
