New-build villa in Pedreguer with mountain and sea views

New-build villa in Pedreguer on a 1,150 m² plot, with a 180-degree view across the mountains all the way to the Mediterranean.

Inside the home

The villa offers 176 m² of living space, laid out as one open whole that runs from the rooms inside out to the terraces. The 180-degree view stretches across the surrounding mountains to the sea. Because the house opens towards that view, plenty of daylight comes in. The design aims at comfort in daily life and at having guests over.

Outdoor living

From the open-plan main room you step straight out onto the terraces. That is where the private pool lies, with sunshine throughout the day. The plot covers 1,150 m², generous for a villa of this size. That leaves a lot of outdoor space around the house, with the mountains and the sea in view.

Rooms and layout

The villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. That makes it a home for a family, or for a couple who often have guests. The open-plan main room is the centre of daily life and leads directly outside. With 176 m² of living space on a 1,150 m² plot, there is plenty of room inside and out.

In short

A new-build villa with an open-plan layout, a private pool and a panoramic view over mountains and sea. The large plot gives space and calm around the house.
