Inside the home

Living in Jávea

The villa is in the residential area of Piver. Jávea, Xàbia in Valencian, lies on the coast between Dénia and Cap de la Nau, at the southern foot of the Montgó. Besides the Montgó Natural Park, the municipality has the Cap de Sant Antoni marine reserve and six plant micro-reserves. Temperatures average about 18 °C across the year, with the heaviest rain mostly between September and November.
