Living in Benissa

The villa stands in the residential area of Montemar, on the coastal side of Benissa. Calp is about 10 km away. Schools and a shopping centre are nearby. Benissa village holds its weekly market on Saturday mornings. The village is also home to the neo-Gothic church of the Puríssima Xiqueta from 1929, called the Cathedral of the Marina.
