Living in Jávea

Jávea lies at the southern foot of the Montgó, between Dénia and Cap de la Nau. Its historic centre keeps a medieval pattern of narrow lanes, and many façades are white or finished in tosca stone. On Thursday mornings the market stalls fill the Plaza de la Constitución. Besides the Montgó Natural Park, the municipality has the Cap de Sant Antoni marine reserve. The Arenal is the only sandy beach in Jávea.
