New Ibiza-style villa in Benissa with infinity pool

New-build Ibiza-style villa in Benissa with sea views, an infinity pool and a 54 m² open terrace off the main bedroom.

Inside the home

The architecture takes its cue from Ibiza: cubic volumes, wood and stone. On the ground floor is a bright living room with open-plan kitchen. Large sliding doors connect this space with the terrace and the pool. The kitchen is fitted with units and appliances, and the bathrooms have built-in furniture. Underfloor heating and hot water run on an aerothermal system, and the villa has ducted air conditioning. Electric blinds, a video intercom and an alarm complete the specification.

Outdoor living

In front of the living room lies a spacious terrace with a private infinity pool looking out to sea. Upstairs, the main bedroom has its own 54 m² open terrace with wide sea views. There is also a solarium, a barbecue and a garden. The 876 m² plot has parking for two cars on the property.

Rooms and layout

The villa is set over two floors. Downstairs are two double bedrooms sharing a bathroom, a guest toilet with laundry area and the living room with open kitchen. Upstairs is the main bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, dressing room and access to the large terrace. Guests or children sleep on the ground floor, while the main bedroom sits quietly apart above.
