South-facing frontline villa on the port of Jávea, over two floors that each have their own entrance, with two large terraces facing the sea.
Large windows bring in plenty of daylight and frame the water. The upper floor holds the large living and dining room, with a wide view over the Mediterranean. The kitchen is on the same floor. Underfloor heating and central air conditioning keep the rooms comfortable in every season, and a fireplace takes care of cool evenings. The house also has solar panels.
Two generous terraces face the sea: one off the upstairs living room and one on the lower floor. At the back of the upper floor there is also a covered terrace where you can sit out of the sun. A barbecue lets you eat outdoors. There is private parking for two cars, plus a garage and a storeroom. The sea and the amenities of the port are within walking distance.
In all, this villa on the port has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each floor has its own entrance. Upstairs are the kitchen, the living and dining room, the covered rear terrace and a sea-facing terrace. The lower floor has open sea views and a large terrace. With two entrances the floors can be used separately, for example when family or friends come to stay.
A south-facing frontline villa on the port, over two floors with separate entrances. The upstairs living room and two large terraces look out over the Mediterranean.
The port of Jávea dates back to the 15th century. In the late 19th century fishing became its main activity. The fish market, the lonja, is where you see the boats return and the catch auctioned. La Grava, a gravel beach of about 290 metres, has a seafront promenade. It received the Blue Flag in 2026, as did the Club Náutico Jávea marina.
