Villa in Benissa with kitchen island and free-form pool

Villa in Benissa on a level plot of 860 m², with sea views, an open-plan kitchen with central island and a pool with an organic shape.

Inside the home

Living room, dining area and kitchen form one bright, open space. The kitchen has a central island. Large windows open onto the covered porch and the pool, so from the sofa or the dining table you look straight outside. Exposed wooden beams, natural materials and soft tones set the mood indoors. All windows are double glazed.

Outdoor living

You arrive through a covered carport with pergola. An entrance framed by decorative trellis and bougainvillea leads to the front door. Around the house lie spacious terraces, porches and pergolas, a barbecue area and the pool with its rounded, organic shape. Dense planting keeps the garden private. The well-kept garden has automatic irrigation, and an automatic gate closes off the plot. The plot has views of the sea.

Rooms and layout

The villa has three bedrooms and four bathrooms, one of them a guest toilet. The main bedroom has its own bathroom and a door to a private terrace, set apart from the rest of the house. With four bathrooms for three bedrooms, residents and guests rarely have to wait for each other. The open day area forms the middle of the house and gives direct access to the porch and pool.

Living in Benissa

The beach, everyday shops and services and restaurants are about one kilometre from the villa. Farming around Benissa is almost entirely dry farming, without irrigation. Tourism has become the main source of income for the municipality. In the village stands the Llotja, a 16th-century building and the oldest monument in Benissa, now used as an exhibition hall.
