Inside the home

The villa is designed in Ibiza style, with Mediterranean architecture and high-quality finishes. The ground floor holds the day rooms: a spacious living and dining room with an open kitchen and island, plus a laundry room. The design aims for plenty of daylight and a good use of space. Hot and cold air conditioning and underfloor heating will be installed, both run from one control system. Built-in wardrobes and a video door entry system are also planned.

Outdoor living

The plot measures 800 m². Both the living room and the ground-floor bedroom will open straight onto the terrace by the private pool. That terrace will include a barbecue area. Living in La Fustera

The villa will stand in a quiet villa district of La Fustera, on the Benissa coast. The beach is about 950 metres away, and the small cove of Cala Baladrar is within walking distance. Baladrar is one of six beaches and coves along the Benissa coast, together with Les Bassetes, La Fustera, Pinets, La Llobella and L'Advocat. The coastline of the municipality is about 4 km long and consists mostly of small coves and cliffs. Benissa village itself lies inland, some 9 km away by road.
