Inside the home

The design pairs clean lines with soft curves and made-to-measure details. The main floor will hold a spacious open-plan living and dining room. The kitchen will be fully fitted, with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and quality cabinetry. An air-source heat pump backed by solar energy will provide the heating, and every room will have air conditioning. Double glazing, fitted wardrobes and an alarm system will complete the specification.

Outdoor living

Outdoors, the plan is built around Mediterranean living. A large covered terrace with a barbecue area will give shade in summer. The open pool terrace will have a private pool with wide steps and underwater lighting, for lazy days and evenings alike. The garden will be terraced, planted with local species and framed by natural stone walls. Walls and fencing will enclose the whole plot, with a double covered carport behind an electric gate and a separate pedestrian entrance at street level.

Rooms and layout

The villa will have two levels. The main floor will bring together the lounge, the kitchen, a guest toilet and the master bedroom with its own bathroom. The garden level will hold two bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry room. In total the design provides four bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus a storage room. The master bedroom will thus sit close to the lounge, while the bedrooms on the garden level get a floor of their own.

Jávea is home to about 30,600 people. Across the year the average temperature is around 18 °C, and heavy rain comes mostly in autumn, from September to November. From the town centre it is about 100 km by road to Alicante airport, roughly 1 hour 20 minutes, and about 125 km to Valencia airport.
