Inside the home

The design places the living and dining areas on the ground floor as one open space, joined by a fully fitted open kitchen. A separate room next to it is planned for laundry and storage. Underfloor heating, double glazing and electric blinds are planned to keep the house comfortable through the year. A home automation system will control the installations, and fitted wardrobes will keep the rooms calm and tidy.

Outdoor living

Living in Moraira

Moraira is the coastal town of the Teulada municipality. Teulada village itself lies a few kilometres inland, about 6.5 km by road from the centre of Moraira. The municipality is known for its wine made from moscatel grapes. Living here, you have the coast and the older inland village of the same municipality within a short drive.
