Living in Dénia

Dénia is the capital of the Marina Alta and lies on the northern coast of the province of Alicante. The Montgó, which the villa looks out on, rises to 753 metres and covers much of the southern half of the municipality. The mountain is a protected natural park. On a hill above the town stands the castle, which houses the Archaeological Museum. Every Monday morning a weekly market is held on the Torrecremada esplanade.
