Living in Benissa

Benissa has about 4 km of coastline, made up mostly of small coves and cliffs. The village itself lies inland, at around 255 m above sea level. The oldest monument in Benissa is the Llotja, a 16th-century building that now serves as an exhibition hall. From the porch of the villa the sea stays in view, while the old village sits higher up, away from the coast.
