Inside the home

The living room on the main floor is generous and opens onto a covered porch, which leads straight to the pool terrace and its view of the sea. The fully fitted kitchen is on the same floor. The lower ground floor is given over to leisure, with a gym, a home cinema, a games room, a sauna and an indoor pool. Underfloor heating from an aerothermal system and ducted air conditioning cover the whole house. Electric blinds, fitted wardrobes and LED lighting are already in place.

Outdoor living

The fenced plot of 1,250 m² has a finished garden and automatic entrance gates. The infinity pool sits at the level of the living room, with a barbecue area beside it. There is also a summer kitchen and an outdoor shower. The villa faces south, so the terraces get sun for much of the day. Upstairs, two open terraces add more space outdoors. The view takes in the sea and runs unobstructed towards Moraira.

Rooms and layout

The villa is spread over three floors. The main floor holds two bedrooms, one with its own bathroom, together with a guest toilet, the kitchen and the living room. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where two double bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom and access to an open terrace. Living in Benissa

Benissa has about 4 km of coastline, most of it small coves and cliffs. This villa sits on that stretch of coast, about 240 metres from the beach. Tourism is now the main source of income in the municipality. Farming around the old village is almost entirely dry farming, without irrigation.
