Inside the home

Every room is on one floor, with no stairs. The large living and dining room opens through wide sliding doors onto the terrace and pool, so plenty of daylight comes in. Underfloor heating runs through the whole house, and ducted air conditioning keeps the rooms cool in summer. Electric shutters, mosquito screens on all windows and double glazing are part of the equipment, as are an alarm system and a security door. The home has energy certificate A and is sold furnished, personal belongings excepted.

Outdoor living

The heated pool measures 12 by 5 metres and can also run on salt water. Motorised awnings shade the terraces in the hottest months, and there is a covered terrace next to an open one. The large barbecue area has its own separate bathroom, and there is also a summer kitchen and an outdoor shower. A Mediterranean garden with automatic irrigation surrounds the house, on a fenced plot of 1,608 m². A private well and a water tank cut the cost of running garden and pool. Living in Jávea

In the historic centre of Jávea, narrow streets still follow their medieval layout between white façades and buildings finished in tosca stone. Every Thursday morning, the stalls of a street market go up on the Plaza de la Constitución. The 2025 figure from INE, the Spanish statistics office, puts the population of the municipality at 30,642.
