Two-storey villa in Benissa with four suites and pool

Two-storey villa in Benissa with four en-suite bedrooms, a private pool and a plot of 1,070 m², about 800 m from the beach.

Inside the home

An open-plan living room with fitted kitchen forms the core of the house and leads out to the covered porch. Generous windows bring in plenty of light and views of the greenery outside. Earthy textures and natural tones give the interior a calm feel. For the indoor climate there is zoned air conditioning and an aerothermal system for hot water, heating and cooling. An alarm system secures the home.

Outdoor living

Behind a screen of greenery lies a landscaped garden with trees, on the site of the former pine wood. The covered porch and the large open terraces lead to the private pool. There is also a barbecue, which makes cooking and eating outdoors easy. The 1,070 m² plot has parking for two cars.

Rooms and layout

The home is spread over two floors. All four bedrooms are doubles with their own bathroom. There are two further bathrooms, giving the house six in total. With four suites, the villa suits a family with older children or anyone who often has guests to stay. The open kitchen and living room with porch is the shared heart of the house.
