Living in Jávea

The villa stands in the residential area of Puerta Fenicia. The Arenal beach is about a 15-minute walk away, and a restaurant is two minutes on foot. El Arenal is the only sandy beach in Jávea, an urban beach of about 480 m in the middle of the bay with a seafront promenade. It regained its Blue Flag in 2026.
