Living in Jávea

Jávea lies on the coast between Dénia and Cap de la Nau, at the southern foot of the Montgó. The coastline of the municipality runs for about 20 km and is made up mostly of tosca stone. Measured over the year, the temperature averages around 18 °C. Heavy downpours come mainly in the autumn months of September, October and November. From the villa, restaurants, supermarkets and the XIC school are less than two minutes away by car.
