Inside the home

The front door opens into a hall with the dining room. Beyond it lies a spacious living room, and the kitchen is fully fitted. A stove keeps the house warm in the cooler months. Built-in cupboards give storage without extra furniture, and roller shutters keep out the sun on hot days. With every room on one level there are no stairs indoors, which also suits anyone who is less steady on their feet.

Outdoor living

A generous naya, a covered terrace for sitting in the shade, adjoins the house, and next to it lies an open terrace in the sun. The rural plot extends into the Benitachell valley, with wide views over the Montgó and the sea. Several storage rooms on the land hold garden tools, bicycles or supplies. There is also a garden.

Living in Benitachell

The village of Benitachell lies inland, while the municipality itself has 2 km of Mediterranean coast. Between the valley and the sea, the Puig Llorença rises to 440 m. Around the village you still see riuraus, arched farm buildings in which Moscatel grapes were dried into raisins. The centre is a walk away from the finca, and the beaches of Jávea and Moraira are each about ten minutes by car.
