Inside the home

Large open-plan rooms will flow into the terraces and take in plenty of daylight. The designer kitchen will be fitted with NEFF appliances. Underfloor heating will run through the whole house, and ducted air conditioning will work with separate Airzone thermostats. Lighting and blinds will be controlled by a Niessen home automation system, and all blinds will be motorised. A video intercom and pre-installation for an alarm system are planned.

Outdoor living

About 140 m² of open terraces will look out over the Mediterranean and the surrounding mountains. The infinity pool will face the coastline and Granadella beach. The landscaped garden with trees will have automatic irrigation, and a solarium will add another place in the sun. Covered parking will take two cars.

Living in Jávea

From the villa it is 300 m to Cala Granadella, 7 km to Arenal beach, 20 km to Dénia and 100 km to Alicante airport. The land around the cove is protected as the Granadella forest park. The Arenal is the only sandy beach in Jávea. The municipality has about 20 km of coastline, mostly of tosca stone, and a marine reserve at Cap de Sant Antoni.
