Inside the home

The ground floor will be one bright space in which the living and dining room runs into a modern open kitchen. Large sliding windows will open the room onto the terrace. To the south the view will reach over the valley and the surrounding hills, to the north it meets the rock faces of the Montgó. Underfloor heating, central heating, double glazing, built-in wardrobes and a video doorbell are planned.

Outdoor living

The terrace with pergola will sit right beside the private pool and will face south, so it gets sun all day. The 1,500 m² plot leaves room around the house, with automatic irrigation and an automatic gate at the entrance. The garage will connect directly to the house, so you come in dry. The guest flat gets its own terrace with pergola, set apart from the main house.

Rooms and layout

The ground floor will hold three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, plus a guest toilet. The semi-basement will contain a self-contained flat with a sitting room and open kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. That brings the villa to four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Guests, a grown-up child or a live-in parent can stay there independently, while the main house stays on one level.

Living in Jávea

The villa is going up in El Garroferal, about 3 km from the centre of Jávea. Jávea lies on the coast between Dénia and Cap de la Nau, at the southern foot of the Montgó. That massif rises to 753 m and is protected as a natural park of just over 2,117 hectares, with many endemic plants. The sea cliffs of Cap de Sant Antoni are also part of the park.
