Single-storey villa in Benissa with three suites and pool

Single-storey villa in Benissa with three en-suite bedrooms, a private pool and generous terraces on a plot of 860 m².

Inside the home

The heart of the villa is an open-plan living room with kitchen. From here you step straight out onto a covered porch and the terraces. Large windows bring in plenty of daylight and look out onto the greenery around the house. The interior is finished in warm, natural materials and soft tones. With everything on one level there are no stairs inside: cooking, dining and sitting happen in one continuous space that opens to the outdoors.

Outdoor living

A covered porch and large open terraces surround the house, with the private pool at their centre. The porch gives shade for meals outside, while the open terraces are the place for the sun. The garden has been laid out and is well kept, and a screen of greenery shields the villa from the street. There is parking on the property for two cars.

Rooms and layout

The villa is entirely on one floor. It has three double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. A separate guest toilet serves visitors. The open living room and kitchen link the bedrooms with the covered porch. This layout suits anyone who wants daily life on a single level, now and in the years ahead.
