Inside the home

The living room, the open kitchen with its island, the dining area and the lounge share the ground floor and look out over the pool and the sea. A large sliding window links the living room to the terrace. Walls inside and out are given an Ibiza-style plaster finish, with skirting set flush into the wall. The kitchen follows the same style, in natural tones with built-in appliances. The bathrooms are to be finished in mortar, microcement or tiles, with taps in matt black. Outdoor living

For a day by the sea, the Benissa coast offers six beaches and coves, from Les Bassetes to Baladrar. In the village, the Franciscan convent with its fortified look recalls the seventeenth century.
