South-facing villa in Jávea with tosca stone and a covered naya

Ref. MOM3856

South-facing villa in Jávea with tosca stone finishes, vaulted wooden-beamed ceilings and a pool on the same level as the living room.

Inside the home

The interior pairs traditional Spanish building with modern comfort. Tosca stone finishes and vaulted ceilings with wooden beams set the tone in the rooms. The living and dining areas are spacious and bright, helped by the south-facing position, and both open onto the covered naya. Central heating, air conditioning and solar panels keep the house comfortable through the year. The villa is in excellent condition.

Outdoor living

The large covered naya runs along the living and dining areas and gives a sheltered place to sit or eat outdoors in every season. The pool is on the same level as the main living rooms, so you walk from the house to the water without stairs. Landscaped gardens surround the house on a plot of 1,413 m². Facing south, the terrace gets the sun for most of the day. The villa also has a private garage.

Rooms and layout

The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms with a built area of 253 m². Everyday life takes place on one level: living room, dining area, naya and pool follow on from each other, with no stairs in between. Four bedrooms leave room for a family and guests, or for a study next to the sleeping quarters. The layout works as a permanent home as well as for long stays.

In short

A villa of character facing south, with tosca stone, wooden beams, a large naya and a pool at living level. It is well kept and equipped for comfortable living in every season.

Living in Jávea

Jávea's coastline runs for about 20 km and is made mostly of tosca, the same stone you find in this villa. In the historic centre, many buildings are finished in tosca along narrow medieval streets with white façades. The same old quarter houses the Soler Blasco archaeological and ethnographic museum, set in a seventeenth-century palace.
