Inside the home

The day area of the villa is planned at street level, by the entrance. The living room is bright and spacious and open to two sides, so the sun reaches it all year. A fitted kitchen, a dining area and a guest toilet share the same floor. From these rooms you step straight out to the terraces around the house. Electric blinds, double glazing, air conditioning and central heating are in the design, as are home automation and solar panels.

Outdoor living

The terraces add up to more than 150 m²: a covered terrace of 28 m² and an open terrace of 125 m². There is room to eat outside and spend the day with the Montgó in view. The garden will be landscaped, and the flat plot gets a private pool. A double carport keeps the cars under cover, with direct access to the main entrance. An electric gate closes off the plot.

The villa has two levels. At the top, at street level, are the living room, kitchen, dining area and guest toilet. The lower level is the night area, with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a laundry room. Each bedroom gets its own door to the garden, which brings quiet and privacy. Fitted wardrobes are part of the plans.

Living in Jávea

The villa is planned in the municipality of Jávea, on a plot that looks out to the Montgó. The average annual temperature here is around 18 °C. Heavy rain falls mainly from September through November. Jávea has more than 30,000 inhabitants. The historic centre keeps its medieval street plan, with narrow lanes, white façades and buildings finished in tosca stone. Every Thursday morning, the Plaza de la Constitución hosts the weekly street market.
