New-build villa on terraced levels down the hillside in Benissa

Ref. MOM3715

New-build villa in Benissa that steps down the hillside over several levels, with an infinity pool, a lift and a lower floor with a gym.

Inside the home

Natural stone, wood and glass set the tone. On the day level, the living and dining room and the kitchen sit side by side as two zones, divided by a sliding door. With the door open they become a single space that connects to the terrace and pool through four glass sliding panels. The planned kitchen has French oak fronts, a porcelain worktop and fully integrated appliances, with an extractor vented to the outside. Underfloor heating and ducted air conditioning run with a separate thermostat in each room, supplied by an air-to-water heat pump.

Outdoor living

The infinity pool joins the day level directly. Glass balustrades on the terraces keep the view of the sea and the mountains open. Recessed LED lighting runs around the house. The garden is planted with trees and has an irrigation system. The 1,017 m² plot is enclosed by a masonry wall with metal fencing. A paved drive leads to the parking area and to the garage with a motorised door. A home automation system controls the shutters, the pool and outdoor lighting and the video entry phone.

Rooms and layout

You enter through an entrance volume at the top, with views over the surroundings. One level down is the main bedroom with a dressing room, its own bathroom and a terrace. Below that are three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and terrace. The day level follows one floor further down. The lower floor is given over to leisure, with a games, TV and bar area and a gym. Light reaches it through openings in the pool, filtered by the water. A lift connects the floors.

In short

A new-build villa that follows the slope, with four bedrooms that each have a terrace, an infinity pool and a lower floor for sport and relaxation. The construction is covered by a ten-year structural insurance.
