Inside the home

The living and dining room on the main floor is spacious and bright and has a fireplace. Next to it is an open area made ready for the kitchen: the connections are in place and you choose the fit-out yourself. The laundry room also has its connections already. This floor also has a full bathroom with a shower. All the main rooms look out over the sea, the garden or the pool. Wood-effect aluminium windows with double safety glazing, built-in wardrobes with sliding doors and warm, dimmable lighting in floors and ceilings set the mood. In winter, radiators heat the house.

Outdoor living

Thanks to its hilltop position, the sunny terrace, the garden and the pool are fully screened from view. The pool has a shape of its own and is set into the natural surroundings. The garden needs little upkeep and has automatic irrigation. An outdoor shower is there for after a swim. There is parking on the grounds behind an electric sliding gate, with a separate pedestrian entrance. An alarm protects the house.

Living in Moraira

From the villa you see the cape of Moraira and the coastline beyond it. The municipality of Teulada-Moraira has about 8 km of coast. Besides beaches, it has small coves such as Cala Llebeig, Cala l'Andragó and Cala del Portixolet. Les Platgetes consists of two such coves of sand and rock, with a promenade along a garden viewpoint and a car park next to it.
