Inside the home

The living floor is the middle level. It holds a spacious living and dining room with a sitting area and fireplace, and a modern kitchen with a cooking island. Every room apart from the bathrooms looks out to sea. The view spans 180 degrees: to the east you see the sun rise in the morning, to the west it sets behind the mountains in the evening. Outdoor living

The pool is on the same floor as the lounge and kitchen. From the living room you step onto a large covered terrace overlooking the pool and the landscape. On the top floor, the large room opens onto a generous terrace with a covered outdoor kitchen. The bedroom floor also has its own terrace. At street level there is a carport and extra parking for two cars.

Living in Jávea

The villa is in the La Corona urbanisation. Both the port and the historic centre of Jávea can be reached in about five minutes. The old centre has kept its medieval pattern of narrow streets. On Thursday mornings a weekly market is held on the Plaza de la Constitución. The Club Náutico marina received a Blue Flag in 2026.
