With more bathrooms than bedrooms, residents and guests always have a bathroom free. The office gives a fixed place to work away from the day rooms, and the storage room keeps belongings out of sight.

Living in Jávea

Cala Granadella, the cove the villa looks out on, lies in the southernmost part of Jávea. It is about 160 m long and well suited to scuba diving. A walking route to the Castell de la Granadella starts from the car park by the cove. Jávea averages about 18 °C over the year, with most heavy rain falling between September and November.
