Inside the home

The design brings living, dining and cooking together in one large open space, with an island in the kitchen. The living room will open onto a covered terrace that leads on to the open terrace around the pool. The plans include underfloor heating throughout and ducted air conditioning. Several electronic functions will be controlled from an app, and there will also be an alarm system and a storage room. The planned built area is 265 m².

Outdoor living

The villa will stand on a nearly flat plot of 810 m², with a landscaped garden in the plans. Automatic gates and a driveway will provide ample parking inside the plot. An open terrace will surround the pool and join the covered terrace by the living room. The bedrooms get their own covered terraces with open views, and upstairs a large private terrace will wrap around two sides of the main suite.

The villa will have four bedrooms and three bathrooms, plus a separate guest WC. Two bedrooms will have their own bathroom, and a third bathroom will be separate. The whole upper floor will form the main bedroom suite, with a fitted dressing room. The living room, kitchen and remaining bedrooms will be on the floor below.

Living in Moraira

The building plot is in Pinar del Advocat, within walking distance of a hotel with a spa and restaurant and about five minutes by car from the beach. Moraira is the coastal town of the Teulada municipality, while Teulada village itself lies a few kilometres inland. In 2026 the El Portet and Les Platgetes beaches were awarded the Blue Flag. Les Platgetes are two small coves of sand and rock, with a promenade along a garden viewpoint and a car park.
